This is a great option if you have more than 1 child going to school because you can reuse them for each kid without printing multiples. Only downside is it will be harder to write notes to your child if you like to do that. You can still use dry erase marker, or you can choose not to laminate your jokes and that way you can personalize them on the back with a pen.

[…] Hello Friends! It’s Marie from Blooming Homestead here to share a fun back to school idea today. It’s hard to believe that school will be starting soon, where did the summer go? It seems like school was just getting out and now its time for school shopping. I don’t quite feel ready for school to start. I have loved having my kiddo home this summer. To make the transition easier I’ve started getting prepared with little projects including these printable School Notes. They are so fun! I’ve got a handy pdf you can print them off and keep them on hand for quick little notes in your kids lunch or reminders for those older kiddos as well. They’ve also got such fun modern prints. You can download this printable School Notes here. I’ve also got school lunch jokes you can find here. […]

[…] Lunch Jokes: I try and remember to stick some sort of note in the lunchbox each day. That being said, it was much easier to remember in the beginning of the year! I have found many different free printables online and I have the files saved on my computer. I print, cut, and store in a Ziploc baggie with our lunch supplies, so that they are readily available when I am packing them up each evening. I like using seasonal jokes to keep things new and fresh, but there are so many out there, take your pick! […]
