Hi friends, as I am preparing for a blog conference this week (starts today!), I wanted to make a cutesy handout to give with my business cards. I had some of these polka dot gift bags on hand and I thought they would be perfect! I’m so excited to be surrounded by 500 other talented crafty bloggers learning, creating, and celebrating the friendships we’ve made because of blogging! And to celebrate with you, I teamed up with Abbey from The Cards We Drew and a large group of bloggers to create Crafts in a SNAP {15 Minute Craft Ideas} so that ANYONE, whether beginner or seasoned pro, can learn to create fun and handmade items in no time at all!
Now onto this adorable embellished treat bag.
Of course I had to add a few extras to take these Embellished Treat Bags up a notch.
First I used some food safe cello bags and gathered up one of my favorite snacks.
Next I decided to design some geometric and aztec print papers in my blog design colors to add as fun tags. I love that they are a little different than my logo but compliment the overall design while still keeping with my current brand.
I found this adorable coral and gold ribbon that I cut and tied to paper clips for a fun embellishment. Then I used some modge podge and glitter to fancy up some mini clothespins and I was good to go.
I assembled like 35 of these in under 30 minutes!
So cute right? If you are at SNAP Conference this weekend, I’d love for you to come say hi.
I’ve joined with some other SNAP attendees sharing projects you can complete in a “snap”.
I link to these parties here.

Hi, Marie! This is really a nice idea for my birthday debut treats for the guests. It’s elegant and cute that captured my interest. I will add some little twist and I’m hoping it will have a successful outcome. Thanks a lot for the ideas, Marie!
