Can I just say that I love this DIY Pallet Planter Box so much! This was one of my most favorite projects I have ever made, and it was so simple to make too. It looks beautiful in so many settings and works as a great centerpiece. Today I am going to share the tutorial with you.
SUPPLIES:
- pallet boards-sanded down
- hammer
- nails
- mason jars for filler
For this DIY Pallet Planter Box, I used 4 pieces of pallet wood. I picked some fairly straight pieces that would fit together with two sides pieces that I could nail to the bottom piece, so all I had to do was cut 2 end pieces to finish it off. It helps to lay things out to make sure they will fit together. Measure the size you will need to finish off your ends and make your cuts.
After you have made your cuts it is time to assemble! First off nail the sides to the bottom.
Place nails periodically down the board to make sure it is secure.
When you have your sides securely in place, its time to nail on the end pieces you cut. Go ahead and attach those.
And now you have an gorgeous planter all ready to fill! I love the rustic look. Now you can either fill it directly with plants, or use mason jars as a vase filler for the inside which I personally love!
I think these are just gorgeous and would make a perfect centerpeice at any party, wedding, or event.
