Spring is in the air! I know the forecast is saying more cooler weather this week but I can’t help but decorate and dream of Spring. This DIY Spring Wreath is so easy to make and will make a beautiful addition to your Spring home decor.
I love how it turned out! (this post contains affiliate links)
Here are the supplies you need to create your own DIY Spring Wreath:
- grapevine wreath
- jute ribbon
- floral sprigs
- hot glue gun
- scissors
Step 1: You’ll start by trimming your floral stems. These flowers are very thin so I was able to cut the wire stems with scissors. For thicker stems you may need wire cutters.
Step 2: You’ll start gathering your flowers together a few at a time. You’ll want to vary the lengths of the flowers.
Keep adding flowers in and wrapping them around each other.
Step 3: You’ll take your floral bundle and attach it to the grapevine wreath form. Use a little hot glue to put it in place. Then you’ll start wrapping around the jute ribbon to keep the flowers in place. Use hot glue to secure.
Step 4: Using more jute ribbon, tie a uniform cute bow to attach to the front.
Step 5: Glue on the ribbon.
That’s it! A super sweet and adorable way to usher in the new spring season!
